Established Sounds, run by Martin Semple & Andy O’Grady; two industry veterans

Martin Semple

Martin is a highly experienced live events producer and festival creator with over 20 years in the UK industry.

Starting in 2004, he specialised in intimate theatre productions, before scaling up to manage end-to-end production for private and corporate events with budgets up to £500,000 at venues including The Roundhouse (London), First Direct Arena (Leeds), The Lowry (Manchester), and various O2 Academies.

Since 2016, Martin has partnered with Andy to deliver all production for growing Yorkshire festivals.

Martin founded Guiseley Sounds, which runs a full-day festival at Nethermoor Park (blending Britpop, indie, UK country and new talent) alongside intimate Unplugged acoustic theatre shows.

He has worked with artists including:
• The Enemy, Razorlight, Feeder, Pigeon Detectives, Lottery Winners, The Hives, Scouting For Girls, Toploader, James Bay, Tom Meighan, Heather Small, The Farm, The Twang, Kano, Red Hot Chilli Pipers, Fat Man Scoop, Reef, Blue, Anastacia, Mark Morriss, Harleymoon Kemp, Dodgy
…plus many leading names in comedy and acting.

Together with Andy, Martin now focuses on artist management, drawing on their extensive network and proven success in live production and festivals.

Andy O'Grady

Andy has worked in the live events industry for a number of years, including seven years as Event Manager at the Doncaster Dome, where he oversaw the planning and delivery of a wide range of large-scale live events.

He is the founder and promoter of Askern Music Festival and Director of DonnyFest, leading both events from concept through to delivery. His experience spans artist booking and liaison, promotion, ticketing strategy, commercial partnerships and full event operations.

Andy is highly hands-on throughout the process and take real pride in delivering well-run, commercially successful events that create memorable experiences for artists and audiences alike.

He has worked with artists including:
